Terms |
- Bandwidth Billing: GO Concepts bills for bandwidth
usage on a 95th percentile basis. GO Concepts will
sample your bandwidth utilization once every 5 minutes.
At the end of the month, the top 5% of these samples
will be removed and the next highest sample will be
used as your bandwidth utilization amount.
- The length
of agreement is one (1) year from signing. The agreement
shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year
terms unless the customer notifies GO Concepts, Inc.
in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the end
of any one (1) year term. Customer will receive one
(1) five percent (5%) reduction in the monthly fee
for the “Base Colocation” portion
of the agreement should the agreement be renewed for
additional one (1) year term(s). Early termination
of any term will result in full fees for the remainder
of the term being due at the time of termination. Failure
to make monthly payment by due date shall be considered
as early termination.
- Any services provided by GO
Concepts, Inc. that are not addressed in this document
will be charged at GO Concepts, Inc. standard hourly
network consulting rate.
- Customer shall not use their
equipment or access for any illegal or malicious purposes
and all Terms and Conditions of GO Concepts, Inc. and
the GO Concepts, Inc. Acceptable Use Policy apply to
this service.
- Firewall requirement: All customers
are required to implement port-level firewalling to
protect against Internet attacks.
