It's a fact of life. Computers occasionally stop working properly because of hardware or software problems. GO Concepts has a team of trained technicians to assist in the repair and upgrade of your PC.

You can bring your computer to our locations in Lebanonduring regular business hours. Every effort will be made to return your PC as quickly as possible.

On-Site Consulting

At your location
Billed actual time - 2 hour minimum
Per Hour: $ 135.00

In-shop - Bench Rate

Computer brought to our office

Billed actual time - ½ hour minimum

Per Hour: $ 95.00

In-shop - Evaluation Fee

Computer brought to our office
Review your computer to diagnose problems, make upgrade suggestions, etc.
No repairs involved
May be waived if we repair at In-shop - Bench Rate
Flat Fee: $ 30.00

Network Consulting, Custom Software Design and Consulting,
Network Design, Implementation, Cisco, Database Design

Call for what all we support

Internet Access Set-up

In-shop
Computer brought to our office. Does not include Cable Internet Access

Input of Internet Settings for computers not experiencing problems
for new customers

FREE

If computer requires hardware and/or software configuration
changes

Minor computer problems, such as drivers and/or conflicts

½ Hour Bench Rate

If computer case has to be opened

Computer is experiencing problems that can't be diagnosed without opening, then Bench Rate is charged.

If computer is known to have problems

Computer is experiencing problems when brought in

Will be evaluated, customer contacted, and then goes to Bench Rate if we repair and Evaluation Fee may be waived in that instance
