Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Basic computer knowledge
  (WinMe/98/95 a must. WinNT, Win2000, Dos, Mac and/or Unix/Linux a plus)
• Basic Internet knowledge
• Responsible and detail oriented
• Motivated and willing to learn

Description:
Great opportunity for experience or advancement within growing technology company. This representative will answer phone calls and help customers through basic Internet and computer problems, answer any questions they may have, as well as perform hands on computer work (upgrades, hardware install, etc.). GO Concepts, Inc. will provide in-house training to this representative on computers and the Internet, as well as teach all other functions of this job. This job offers growth potential into either a Technician or on to other departments within the GO Concepts, Inc. organization.

Available: One Position Available
Hours: Full-time. Monday - Friday, 12:00Noon - 9:00pm
Initial salary range: $9.00 to $10.00 per hour

All new employees for GO Concepts undergo a 120-day probationary period from the date they begin working. Salary varies by prior experience and knowledge.
