Before you are able to use the X-Stop service you will need to do the following.

• Be sure that you have setup the account with GO Concepts, Inc. Simply contact us via phone or Email us to sign-up.
• Be sure that you have signed on to the Internet using your New X-Stop Password that GO Concepts, Inc. has given to you.
• Be sure that you have cleared your History and Temporary Internet Folders. If you are not sure how to do this, follow the steps below.
• YOUR ACCESS TO WEB SITES IS BEING FILTERED FOR ADULT CONTENT FROM THIS POINT EVEN WITHOUT SETTING UP THE PROFILES. Setting up the profiles allows more control of the exact type of sites or services to be filtered or blocked.

Windows and Internet Explorer Users

1. Click on your Start Button
2. Go to Settings
3. Click on Control Panel
4. Open us the Icon labeled Internet or Internet options
5. You will see on the first window, Delete Files... and Clear History, Click on both buttons and answer Yes

Windows and Netscape 4.5 or newer Users

1. From within Netscape, click on Edit and choose Properties
2. Click on Navigator to the left
3. Click the button the right labeled Clear History

Versions of Netscape before 4.5 did not give you the option to clear history, we suggest upgrading to the newest version that is available.
